If you purchase an ATM from King Cash, you will receive a one year manufacturer warranty on parts. If you would prefer a more detailed service plan, you may select from one of the following (depending on availability):
Level 1 - Parts & Shipping Maintenance Program: $39.99 per month:
Under this program, King Cash classifies problems/part replacements for each ATM type as either being capable of being done by the Customer, or requiring a professional service call. For parts and maintenance to be done by the Customer, King Cash will ship the necessary part(s) to the Customer, the Customer carries out maintenance/part replacement (following written or telephone instructions) and the Customer ships back the old parts to King Cash (shipping costs at King Cash's sole cost). For parts and maintenance requiring a professional service call, King Cash shall arrange for a King Cash representative to attend at the Customer's location to carry out the work. If the Customer is unable to (or chooses not to) carry out maintenance/part replacement for a task classified by King Cash as being capable of being done by the Customer, then the Customer shall be charged for a service call at King Cash's usual service rates.

Level 2 - Parts, Shipping & Labor Maintenance Program: $59.99 per month
Includes all aspects of the Level 1 program but under this program, King Cash will provide labor (during normal weekday business hours only) to complete repair tasks (i.e. even if the task is one which King Cash classifies as being capable of being done by the Customer themselves) provided that the Contracted ATM is located in a major centre where King Cash has repair personnel stationed.

Includes all aspects of the Level 2 program but will further provide the Customer with a dedicated Toll Free number to call for emergency service. Extended hour labor coverage is the same as regular labor coverage but is available until 10 p.m. 365 days per year (i.e. not just business hours on weekdays). The dedicated Toll Free Number is one where the Customer can call King Cash for support , also to report problems and request service on a priority basis.
